Holiday/Out-of-Office Auto Attendants

 

First step is to create an auto attendant by following the steps in the link below:

Keep in mind, this auto attendant can be used for each holiday so make sure that the menu prompt can be universal, yet simple.

 

Ex.) To better assist you, please select from one of the following menu options. To reach sales, press 1. To reach customer support, press 2. To leave a message in our general inbox, please press 3.

 

Once complete, you can start uploading your holiday greetings to the Intro Greetings of the auto attendant

 

 

Once the window appears, click  and here, you can Upload, Record, or use the Text-to-Speech feature for the voicings of the holiday you have for your time frames.


 
Be sure to click    once you select the message corresponding to the correct time frame.


Click  and  the auto attendant before you exit.

 

With this feature, you can set up all your recordings for the office holidays, that will automatically switch on the date of the time frame.
