Basic User - First Time Login
RedCloud Portal Login Instructions:
1. Go to: https://portal.redcloud.us/portal/
2. Your Username will be: your_extension@yourdomain.com
· i.e.) 999@redcloud.us
3. Your initial Password should be in your welcome email
Password Change:
To change your password, click your name in the top right corner and hit Profile.
If you scroll to the bottom of the popup, you can change your password and voicemail PIN. The default PIN is 2022 (unless instructed otherwise).
